RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
 
  • All returns must be authorized in advance.
  • In order for the merchandise to be returned, it must be in the original carton and not used.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges both shipping to you, and coming back to the warehouse on returns unless the item is broken or has a defect. Shipping charge is not refundable
  • No returns will be accepted without expressed written authorization or without a return authorization (RA) number.
  •  Returned goods must be shipped to factory or specified address by way of prepaid freight and will be credited less 20% restocking charge and in some cases a handling charge .
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original ship date.

  • Damaged in Transit If your shipment is damaged during transit to you contact us immediately, we will make the necessary arrangements.
  • Beverage equipment and parts are guaranteed and warranted by manufacturer, not us.
    Undeliverable Packages & Unauthorized Returns
    Due to changes in shipper policies (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), you will be charged a "return shipping fee" if your package is returned to us for any reason, such as:
    • You provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
    • You refuse to accept a package when it is delivered to you.
    • You are not present to sign for a package delivered to you.
    • You change your mind about an order after you place it with us.
  • We recommend the following to avoid a "return shipping fee" charged to your account: Provide an accurate, complete shipping address.
  • Check your order carefully before you submit it to us. Make arrangements to sign for your package when it is delivered to you.
  • Do not refuse a shipment when it is delivered to you.

SHIPPING AND TAX:

  1. We charge 7% tax for deliveries only within the state of New Jersey.
  2. We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:
    • UPS Ground (5 Business Days)
    • UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day)
    • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
    • U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (7 Business Days)
  3. We usually will fill your order the same day you order.
  4. If there is a wait of more than 5 days, we will notify you by EMAIL.
  5. We may charge extra for Hawaii and Alaska.
  6. If you qualify for FREE Ground Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
  7. If you return any items from an order that received FREE Super Saver Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
  8. We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Super Saver Shipping at any time.
  9. If orders were places on Saturday or Sunday they will only be processed the following Monday.
  10. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air orders that are placed after 12PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

If the shipping address is Hawaii, Alaska, APO AP, PSC etc, Yahoo! Does not calculate shipping charges [only handling fee], and the shipping charges will be added later.
 

 

  • We cannot be responsible for delivery or timing of Priority Mail orders since we have no control or tracking from the Postal Service.
  • We charge you the actual price that you pay for shipping.
  • Shipping charges are calculated for all orders under 150 lbs and added automatically to orders.
  • On orders over 150 lbs we will contact you with exact shipping charges or you may contact BUNN-Store: Factory warrants the equipment manufactured by it to be commercially free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture and appearing within one year from the date of installation.
  • In addition: Factory warrants equipment manufactured by it as follows:
    • 1) All equipment other than as specified below: 2 years parts and 1 year labor.
    • 2) Electronic circuit and/or control boards: parts and labor for 3 years.
    • 3) Compressors on refrigeration equipment: 5 years parts and 1 year labor.
    • 4) Grinding burrs on coffee grinding equipment to grind coffee to meet original factory screen sieve analysis: parts and labor for 3 years or 30,000 pounds of coffee, whichever comes first.
  • The Buyers shall give Factory prompt notice of any claim to be made under this warranty .
    If requested by Factory, the Buyers shall ship the defective equipment prepaid to an authorized Factory service location.
  • If Factory determines, in its sole discretion, that the equipment does not conform to the warranty, Factory shall repair the equipment with no charge for parts during the warranty period and no charge for labor by a Factory Authorized Service Representative during the warranty period.
  • If Factory Determines that repair is not feasible, Factory shall, at its sole option, replace the equipment or refund the purchase price for the equipment.


  • If you have not used the equipment, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturers charge re-stock fees for unused equipment that is returned.
  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Ideal holding temperature: 175F to 185F (80C to 85C) Most all the volatile aromatics in coffee have boiling points well below that of water and continue to evaporate from the surface until pressure in the serving container reaches equilibrium. A closed container can slow the process of evaporation.
Ideal serving temperature: 155F to 175F (70C to 80C) Many of the volatile aromatics in coffee have boiling points above 150F (65C).
They simply are not perceived when coffee is served at lower temperatures.
Ideal holding time: 20 minutes in an open top decanter / 60 minutes in a closed container.
